App Usage

Tree Match provides AI-powered tree identification, soil analysis, and environmental information for educational and informational purposes only. Results may not always be accurate and should not be considered professional or scientific advice.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Account management, including account deletion, is available directly within the app.

Subscriptions

Tree Match offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly):

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Subscription management and cancellation can be done through Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and design elements in Tree Match are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Tree Match is not responsible for actions taken based on app information, including environmental, gardening, or agricultural decisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the app or violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
